Peter's apartment, Friday night
Peter had gone out of his way this night.
He'd bought pretzels and chips.
Hey, when you didn't eat, that was extravagant!
There was also some dark beer he liked the taste of that wasn't too pricey. And an actual TV and Netflix account he'd bought a couple months back when it seemed like he'd never catch up on pop culture otherwise. They'd both mostly been gathering dust since (albeit Netflix metaphorically).
His sword and guns were carefully stored on the wall out of reach of the couch, just in case. PTSD was so much fun.
Peter looked around. That...seemed to be all he needed. If Kanan wanted food, he could order a pizza. Did you need anything else for a movie night?
[OOC: For the one mentioned! Though I suppose neighbors are welcome to pop in.]

So... here he was, heading over. Stance was asleep back in his own apartment, and while he kind of felt bad leaving the dog behind when he was going out for basically anything but work... well. As the narrative said, PTSD was so much fun.
Not that he didn't trust Peter, either.
Ah, whatever. Here he was, and now he was knocking. If Peter said anything about the dog, Kanan would go get him. Problem solved, and he was clearly overthinking movie night.

Hey, the dog was pretty adorable, okay?

"He was sleeping," he shared. "I took him on a pretty long run after I got back from class, so he's good and done for at least a few hours, still. I could go get him, if you want?"

He waved Kanan in. "I got beer. It's pretty decent. The snacks I can't vouch for."

"Then I'll be the judge of the snacks," he decided, shooting Peter a grin. "But then, I have low enough standards, it shouldn't be an issue."
Really, he was mostly here for the beer and the company anyway.

"Big hole in the ground," he shared. "Big enough they call it 'grand,' anyway. Grand Canyon?"
... He'd probably heard of it, Kanan.

"If I tell you I've seen better in my own galaxy, how much trouble will I be in?"

He picked up the remote and woke up the TV. He shrugged.

And, if he was being honest with himself, it was a very Jedi way of making decisions. If you didn't squint at it too hard.

chickensfun."I hope so, anyway." Peter shifted over and shoved the snacks at Kanan, then started the movie.

...
"Ah, so that's a chicken."
Well. Sort of.

He was familiar with burros now.
Stubborn asses.
